Data preparation and collection

At this stage, it is necessary to collect detailed requirements, process and fix them. Then all the information is sent to business analysts and project managers, who in turn begin to prepare Discovery together with the team. If the client has a ready-made Discovery, then it is possible to estimate the approximate terms and cost of the work and determine the model of the work – FIX Price or Time & Material.

Discovery Phase

Here the team prepares documentation and interactive prototypes of the future application. For the client, all processes, tasks and plans are completely transparent and he can monitor the progress of their implementation, as well as suggest to make adjustments, actively participating in the process. All design layouts and requirements are coordinated and processed together with the customer to come to the final approval.

After the approval of the design layouts and documentation, it becomes clear to everyone how the application will work and look, what roles and specifics of functions will be.

Delivery Phase

After approval of Discovery, the development team starts programming. At this stage, the client can track the execution of tasks in the environment prepared by us. If the work is carried out according to the Fixed Price model, any shifts from Discovery at the request of the customer are agreed separately, in the case of T&M no additional agreements are required. After the implementation of the code part, the system undergoes deep testing and is handed over to the customer. This is followed by the stage of support and promotion of the system, if required.
