The task

The client is Tatiana Bryzgina, she is a psychologist with over 15 years of experience, and she is also the owner of the PsyArenda co-working network. The essence of the business – the hourly rental of eight offices.

She had to keep track of the number of people who paid for reservations, prepare tables in EXCEL files, personally communicate with each client and answer a huge number of questions about the operation of offices, cancellation andrescheduleof reservations, control revenues and expenses, track growth dynamics. It was not the easiest thing to do.

First Tatiana set our team the task of automating financial accounting and creating an interactive schedule with a personal account for her clients. But in the course of the project it was also decided to automate access to the offices by means of electronic code locks, which should be integrated into site system and issue an access code to specific people at the time they paid for it. This approach eliminated the issue of handing keys to offices through intermediaries.

Progress

Thus, after completing the development of the product, Tatiana’s problem was completely solved. The system now gives her the ability to receive analytical data on each office and each client. Clients make their own reservations, cancel, reschedule, and pay for their stay online. An important solution was the introduction of electronic locks. It makes it easier for clients to log in to the office without any middlemen, and Tatiana receives a notification of each visit to her office. To this day our team continues to support the Psyarenda project, increasing its functionality and expanding its scope.
